Italy is a member state of the European Union and a member of the Schengen Area. All international visitors from non-EU countries must present a valid passport when entering and may be required to have a valid Visa.

If you need a visa, we recommend applying for a Schengen Visa at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country at least two months before the intended travel date to Italy.

 

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a VISA to attend the Conference, please send the following information to info@ectp2023.eu with subject “Invitation Letter request for VISA application” and the following information:

• Your first name and family name as they appear in your passport

• Passport No.

• Date of issue

• Date of expiry

• Your position

• Your affiliation/organization

• Your postal address (incl. your affiliation/organization)

• Your email address

The letter will be sent to you by email in PDF format within a few working days after receiving your request with all required information.

Please note that the Visa letter will only be sent to delegates who have paid the registration fee. In case of visa refusal,

the amount paid for registration is refundable, except for an administrative fee of EUR 25.
