If you need a visa, we recommend applying for a Schengen Visa at the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country at least two months before the intended travel date to Italy.

The letter will be sent to you by email in PDF format within a few working days after receiving your request with all required information.
Please note that the Visa letter will only be sent to delegates who have paid the registration fee. In case of visa refusal,
the amount paid for registration is refundable, except for an administrative fee of EUR 25.
